At the beginning of the semester, Chris and I decided to look for a consistent church home while we attend ACU. We floated around a lot last year visiting several churches in the area Hamby being one of them. After a lot of talking and praying, we decided to try Hamby again. My main concerns from previous visits were the small amount of college students and lack of involvement. However, when we came back the college group had grown tremendously. The elders had just hired Kolby; and the college class was discussing relationships. We wanted to become involved and feel like a part of a church family. Hamby has encouraged us to grow spiritually and relationally. This church has a different feel about it that is evident from the moment I walk in the door. I feel wrapped in God's love and tenderness, as well as the love of the Hamby family. Both Chris and I are pleased to be a part of the Hamby church family. We are excited to continue to grow and be involved in this loving church family.
