- Congratulations to Kolby Ivanhoe and Lauren Lary on their engagement to be married. An August wedding is planned. Congratulations to John and Jackie Powell on the birth of their daughter, Kate Lauren, who was born Wednesday, March 21. She weighed 8 lbs, 1 oz. and was 20" long. Proud grandparents are Ronnie and Laura Vinson.

- Families: The Youth and Family Prayer Group is praying for you regularly. Our prayer focus for March is taken from Psalm 103.
Accomplishments and Activities:
- Several of our kids are playing baseball, golf, and soccer.
- Congratulations to Erin Branton for her academic accomplishments this past week. She placed 3rd in ready writing in district for Abilene High and advances on to the area round. She also was given a best actress award in One-Act play along with her group advancing on to the area round.
Prayer Requests
- Brenda Walton continues testing.
- Dale Tacker is doing better and can get out more
- Jordan Shields, third grader, will go for a MRI every 3 months with no surgery for now.
- Claudia McNutt came home last week and is feeling good.
- Kalyssta Anderson got a good report and will not need to go back to the doctor for quite a while.
- Wade Anthony is doing well after eye surgery.
