This past week our eldership hired Kolby Ivanhoe, a junior at ACU, to work with the college students at Hamby. We are excited to have him on board to build up the college student age group. Kolby is excited about getting to know our family better and to build strong relationships with college students. He will be working to get students more involved in our family and will be putting together events just for college students.
Kolby's girlfriend, Lauren Lary, will also be a great asset to the Hamby family as she provides balance to Kolby and will also help to build relationships and encourage students to visit.
Hab Adkins, our youth and family minister, will continue to be a part of the Sunday morning college Bible class this fall as Kolby transitions into his new role. If you are a college student, we invite you to join us at our next meeting time.
